  I felt rushed at DT. Oder was missing an item and I went in to get it corrected and felt like I was interrupting their personal conversation. Update: Thanks for the automated response/invite to visit again but unfortunately, I probably will not visit your location again. I receive better service at different location.

  I ordered a chicken strip basket with gravy, and a blizzard through the drive thru. The Blizzard had a flat lid, so flipping it over made little to no sense as this is proving nothing to me. I can’t see if the blizzard is falling because there is no room to fall and lack of visibility. The chicken strip basket was handed to me without a bag, which doesn’t make sense. The basket houses the chicken, so that compares to the wrapper on a burger, however I’m assuming burgers are put into a bag… not just handed to the customer in the wrapper. Finally, the gravy for the chicken strip basket was thicker than the blizzard I ordered. It was multicolored, looked like it was the bottom of the barrel and not mixed together as well as being burnt. All that cost $19.98. I’ve been coming here for my entire life, however this will be my last time. Makes absolutely no sense that I can go across the street and spend half the money for twice the satisfaction. For your price point you should be following your standards and providing a better experience to customers willing to spend money at your establishment.

  The best crew at night ever they were polite and had my stuff bag the right way cold drinks one bag and hot food in another it's the little things that matters.
