I had a very frustrating experience with the manager at Chipotle, Savannah. Two days ago, I ordered three entrées and a kids meal, and all of the rice was rock hard—completely inedible. When I got home, I tried calling the store four times. The first time someone answered but said nothing, and the other three times no one picked up. I ended up calling the 1-800 customer service line, and they handled it professionally by refunding my order and providing coupons.
I decided to give this location another chance today. Before ordering, I specifically asked if the rice was hard, and I was told it wasn’t, although they admitted the last batch had been. After getting my food and going out to my car, I checked—and once again, the rice was hard.
I went back inside and asked for my food to be remade, but they refused. I then asked for a refund for the rice, salsa, and queso I had just purchased, and that was also denied. The manager, Savannah, told me their rice machine wasn’t working. When I asked why they were still serving it to customers, she just smiled.
This is unacceptable customer service. If you know the food quality is bad due to equipment issues, it should not be served. Refusing to fix the issue or offer a refund only made the situation worse. Very disappointing experience.

Don't really Know much about Chipotle but the Employee that assisted me was very helpful and he even build me a massive burrito that was Pretty Tasty. I did get some stale tortilla chips but I still ate them lol I would come again.

Whoever is working the pick up is rude as hell. She got shitty with me because I was "10 minutes early" and made sure I knew I was 10 minutes early. Recheck your staff if you want better ratings than 3.6 stars. I just said im here for pickup under lexi, and her response was "well its not ready because you're 10 minutes early" in the shittiest way. So whatever older african american woman was working Wednesday 3/11 at the pick up area needs to find a job where she does not interact with customers. I guess there is a reason they dont wear nametags.

First off, this is one of many chipotles I have been to and this location takes the cake of being the dirtiest, worst chipotle location. Every time I have come here my food has had an off taste, normally I just brush it off and say whatever. Today was different. I got a bowl and the contents of the bowl tasted sour. I don't know why, but the rice was sour, the tomatoes tasted like they weren't ripe, something was just off. then I also got chips and guac. Chips were stale and old, and lacked freshness. And when i dipped into my guac tell me why I found a big chunk of avocado skin in the guac. Not to mention when I came into this chipotle location it was a disaster, and disgusting. Safe to say I will not be back at this location until something changes around there (I'm sure nothing will change since the workers are lazy and management seems to be just as bad).
