Called them and they just kept saying hello Was very shocked they forgot our fries and gave us no silverware with our parfait. Was very disappointed with this location.

I pull up, give them my name and I pull up wait for my food in the mobile line and the lady comes out and proceeds to tell me the orange cone doesn’t mean drive around it. Yeah, I know, it wasn’t in the middle of the lane nor even up. A car was also ahead of me too- no cone. She really thought she was being nice about it but it was her condescending tone and talking down to me like I was tone deaf that got to me. She was incredibly rude about it. Your staff didn’t have the cone up in the lane. I know you don’t care to lose a customer but I won’t be back at this location.
- NRNate RaymondMar 21, 20265.0I don't think I've ever been to a chic fila I didn't love. 😁 However in my opinion The fort Wayne Coliseum & Jefferson point Chic fila are the best, not because Im closer to them but because they never disappoint me. I also love getting the surprise freebie they occasionally send rewards members. Food is always hot fresh and exactly what I ordered. Exceptionally friendly staff and always have a smiling face with uplifting positive vibes. They both make me feel exceptionally welcomed every visit. I also love that they give their staff Sundays off. Although I've multiple times would have loved to pickup a sandwich on a Sunday while passing through I totally respect this for them as well. Great job everyone, keep up the good work.
