  The two ladies working did an amazing job handling a situation where a door dash driver stole someone else's order. They didn't argue with the customer, they made the order again and apologized. They continued to do their job and laugh it off although it had to of been irritating. They were polite and fast when we ordered as well. 10/10 customer service!

  Most goated arbys in michiana, night crew is always friendly, have NEVER had an issue with missing items and the food is always fresh and tastes great.

  Sad experience with Arby's haven't gone in a long time but decided to try. Took forever in drive thru and they forgot my drink. Didn't realize till I was already home.

  Your app glitches when I clicked asap for pick up time of a milk shake and since I obviously wanted it now I figured I already paid I’m sure they’ll let me have it now and when I get there I tell the man working at the drive through and he tells me there’s nothing he can do and that they can’t give it to me now because the funds wouldn’t be there till tomorrow . . . . . Even though it already charged my account. That’s real funny huh? And now you guys get to literally steal from me because I’ll be at work tomorrow when it set my pick up for . Won’t spend my money here again most likely with this illogical experience UPDATE! And the link you send which way extra amount of info needing filled out end up not even working and allowing to go submit so what a surprise you can’t fix the issue
