  we got a delivery order with the new royale french dip on it, when our food arrived we received a poorly made regular french dip and swiss and NO au jus sauce. we tried calling to see if we could get some kind of compensation and no answer, we called 6 different times and still no answer. that’s absolutely ridiculous and i’ve never had a issue with arby’s EXCEPT this store.

  Kaylynn greeted me with a smile and gave me good info on my decision. She even spelled my name right. The food was hot and served quickly.

  Coworkers, one named bryce and another younger lady were back doing there job while having foul language while costumers were sitting there listening to them. When i confronted bryce all he said was okay them gave us a attitude.

  I wrote a review 4 months ago and was told that the horrible sandwich that I received would be replaced by a gift card, so that I may receive another one. I just want everyone to know that this NEVER HAPPENED! I never received a gift card - not at all! Sadly, nothing was done after I was told otherwise.

  Terrible. Waited to order as the only family in there as the young girls chatted in the back. The young hispanic girl approached finally and was extremely rude. The food was terrible. The restaurant was dirty. Dining out isn't t what it used to be and customer service and friendly faces are hard to find. 1st and last time there.
