  Placed an order through their answering service couldn't understand the woman had to keep asking her to repeat herself and I told her the pizzas I ordered were going to a different address which I gave her asked how long it'd be and if the driver knew which door to go too she hung up on me.. now I've been waiting almost 2 hours I think she messed my delivery address up I'm quite annoyed.. pizza hut you can do better!!

  I buy pizza from here almost every week and sometimes more. Today I had one of the worst experiences I have had here. The lady working with glasses who hates her job needs to go before they lose more customers. I ordered 2 pizzas for $30 and waited forever to get it. My handicapped wife ordered it and so she didn't have to walk in I went in to pick it up. I wait and wait and see my pizzas come out and she just takes it and throws it in a heater. I wait another almost 10 minutes and she finally acts bothered and asks me what I am waiting for. I tell her my order and name and she looks all shook up and shakes her head and makes childish faces and rudely says I have no idea and thats no name I see. I go to get my wife and she miraculously finds the ticket and then proceeds to shove the pizza to me rudely and says all you had to do was wait. Other customers looked around and could see her attitude and shook their heads in disbelief. Then , I get the pizza home and one were not even cooked all the way thru and had raw crunchy vegetables on it so , I took it all the way back to them. I can honestly say I will probably never eat here again. She were enough with her accusation of me basically trying to steal pizza that this are the result. Really sucks because, this were my favorite place for pizza. Michael were helpful but , I don't know her name or I would expose the woman for horrible customer service and overall rudeness. If you hate your job working with the public then find another job !

  We ordered the heart shaped pizza & it was very thin & hard with barely any sauce. This is the first time we have had Pizza Hut in years so I’m not sure if this was just off or what.

  I go here a lot because my mom loves their personal pan pizzas and just the freshness of it. It’s always hot cheesy and delicious.!
