Great food and service. The person at drive thru did all of the additions to a cheese roll up to make me mexi melts! I love it when the workers help you to get what you really want. Thanks!

We went in the restaurant and ordered a to go order. We were given cold nacho fries. My husbands chalupa supreme had maybe a teaspoon of meat, no tomatoes, or sour cream. I had a Cantina chicken bowl, it hardly had any chicken (2 pieces). And the chicken was dried out. There was no mild sauce in the building. They said they were out. Trying to get the servers attention….they were ignoring us. And then laughed when we stated our issue. We did not recieve the Cinnabon delights that we paid for. And our money wasn’t refunded.
Horrible customer service, with a don’t care attitude.

My family ordered about $30 worth of food. Upon arriving to the pickup window and getting our food, we were missing 1 hard chicken taco, 1 chili cheese burrito, and 2 cheese sauces. Not much money, but missing from our order nonetheless. We offered to give the bags back to the employees so they could see what we were missing. The, what I assume is the manager, YELLED at us, telling us that she personally bagged the items, and that there was no way we were missing any items. We explained to her what we were missing, showed her what we had, and again explained what we were missing. She VERY rudely cut me off in the middle of elaboration, demanded our bags of food back, and told me that she would prefer to administer a full refund instead of correcting the situation with us. Mind you, I have 2 receipts. The receipt we originally got was LESS than the “refund” they administered to the original form of payment for our order. I asked why that was, and got the window slammed on me. Please review the cameras, if there are any. I have photos of both receipts, from the original receipt and the refund receipt. I am happy to provide an image of both receipts. Somewhere along the lines, there was a severe “mess up” on an employee’s end. This is severely disappointing and better leadership needs to be had within this location. Being yelled at in a drive through is unacceptable, especially when accountability could’ve been held on Taco Bell’s end. I’m wiling to speak on my experience at the location if more details are needed.

I eat a lot of Taco Bell. Probably significantly more than the average person. As a result, I've been to many different Taco Bell locations. Yet in all that time, this is the only one I've been to that displays the level of shameless bootlicking it takes to not fill your drink all the way up when you order it with no ice. Keep slurping fellas. I'm sure one day corporate will pat you on the head and call you a good boy.

Chick with the blue hair is a liability. Talked with her friends in the drive thru instead of working, wearing gloves handling money, cards and food without changing gloves.
