I see why the only sign they have up is a sign about people being nice to the staff. The poor staff have to deal with a terribly run restaurant and have to deal with customers who were not informed at all about the many changes that are going on. On top the quality of food is very low compared to other subways near by. The changes they have implemented have been to the drive through, the prices, the to go process, they don’t accept coupons, and how they take payment. No where do they have any signs to help customers adjust to these changes without being blindsided. There are far better subways to go to.

I’m taking my time to write this in regards to the employee “HUNTER” he was VERY polite , while training an employee , and making online orders it seemed. He let my daughter being 7 order her own meal and was very nice to her. Also I needed a few mins to decide on what I wanted hunter could tell I was ready to order before I had to chance to open my lips. HES THE MAN. It’s a relief it’s still faster and a MUCH better experience getting out of the truck and coming inside rather than ANY drive thru in town. Guys are killing it in the state road 44 store !!
