It was Christmas Day and we placed an order through the App. The App said that the store was open, but it was closed on Christmas Day. No big deal, just refund my order. Well, after putting in a ticket through the app, we were told that the location would be giving us a refund. Well, it’s been a few weeks and there has been no refund and the ticket is now closed. I’m very disappointed with how things turned out.

- WSWhitney ScriberDec 9, 20251.0I just got in here from driving 11 hrs just want a meal until I get my load ordered a mcgriddle meal and 2 apple pies, my griddle was stale, went to the counter to ask for a redo ....... well they replaced my stale sandwich another stale sandwich its probably because they were switching over to the lunch menu and didn't want to remake my food properly..... staff is nice but food is terrible this is why if feels like a defeat when you have to settle for McDonald's 😒
