This McDonald’s the burger was stone, cold, so cold that it didn’t even melt any of the cheese. How is it possible to screw these things up when everything is time to precisely to the second? It looks like management has given up as the staff isn’t particularly involved, and there was a lot of filth around. Even the tray stacked above the garbage had all sorts of crap on them and had been there clearly for quite a while. Thumbs down Shelbyville McD’s. I use the kiosk to order, but even when they brought it over, they forgot the soda and we’re fairly rude so even the service gets a bad ranking despite the use of the kiosk.

No clarification on their part at all.
