  I got to 7 brew just about everyday 4 weeks ago they took money out of my bank account at 1am in the morning they are not even open. I have tried calling them 100 times and have left 15-20 messages still no answer or call back. I have asked local manager to refund money or make it right she just sais there is nothing she can do corporate has to do it. This is not the first time 7brew has done this to my debit card The worst part is they dont care

  They never give me the correct milk. I’m lactose intolerant and for some reason they always give me regular milk when i explain 5xs why I need it to be almond. I can’t drink it and I waste my money. So disappointing

  The manager is rude and condescending. I got my drink mixed up with my sisters and kindly asked if they could remake them and give them back an how sorry I was. I assumed the light colored coffee was white chocolate the the darker one was cinnamon, as I’ve never seen a white cinnamon roll coffee at the other 7 brews I go to and usually the white mochas at Starbucks are white. I was extremely apologetic and embarrassed already and she proceeded to take my drinks from me and bend down and slowly tell me which one was which in a condescending tone while telling me they aren’t Starbucks and not to assume because you know what happens when you assume. I told her I appreciated the explanation now in the same tone she was giving me and if she could just remake the drinks and she said she wasn’t trying to be argumentative and then told me what drinks were what again and said they would only do it this one time. Then after they remade the drinks, which the cinnamon roll tasted like straight milk and does every time when I order from only this location, she proceeded to get onto her employee about making sure to tell people what drinks are what. It wasn’t even the girls fault bc I asked for ice as she was handing them to me and just had a human error moment because HUMANS MAKE MISTAKES. I said please don’t get onto her too hard, it was just a mistake and she replied back she was coaching her, but her demeanor was so off and condescending because she was sneering the whole time. I also feel like you can coach her somewhere not in front of the customers if you’re going to be as rude as she was. The manager was embarrassing and made it a bigger deal than it needed to be. I understand they aren’t Starbucks, but maybe take a few notes on how they treat their customers and employees and you will understand why they are everywhere.

  If there was more than 5 stars, they’d get them! It was our first time and we were treated like royalty. The daughter’s white chocolate mocha the best she’s ever had and the young lady that made mine…I just said I wanted matcha, she said “trust me?” Sure, why not? OMG! Strawberry cupcake white chocolate w/cold foam. TRY IT!
