  I had a really positive experience at McDonald’s recently. The customer service stood out the most—everyone was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct. The staff greeted me with a smile and handled everything quickly and professionally. It made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. Definitely appreciate the great service!

  I am very disappointed with my order today. We ordered 4 Big Breakfast meals and paid $65. When we got home we realized the order was incomplete because the pancakes were missing. We received the eggs, biscuit, and hashbrowns, but the hotcakes were not included. We always buy breakfast at this location and normally everything is correct, but this time the order was not complete. When customers pay that much money, the order should be checked carefully.

  I had a pickup a doordash order and the lobby was closed (locked doors) at 11:36pm when they state on the window that the lobby doesn't close until 12

  The new McArch burger is delicious it on the expensive side but I would definitely recommend it the onion and sauce works so well together and has a bursting flavor that makes you want more of they make it permanent I would be so happy McDonald’s out did their selves with that burger
