From our perspective, it looked like the drive through customers were always being prioritized first. I submit this review in the simple hope that management will see this, and create better overarching procedures accordingly. Orders should be completed in the order that they were submitted. The workers seemed to simply be following orders, and I’m doubtful any of this was their fault. They mentioned they were understaffed as well so that could have been part of the problem. As a result, I’ll be airing towards going through drive throughs more, if in a hurry.
