Wen I pick up the food it was ice cold and not toasted like my request via the app, So I called and spoke to the manager on shift he proclaimed that it was toasted because he toasted it himself, but then told me during our conversation that they’ve had issues with their toaster but refused to help the situation. The biggest issue I’m having that it’s not the first time my food have been made cold like this so I reached out to let them know and I get hung up on because a food service managers ego. Do better, there are better sandwich places in town and it would be a shame if bad leaders result in poor sales.

When we go through the drive through they act like it's a absolute HASSLE to take our order. And then when we get our sandwiches everything is slopped on and falling out of it. The food is even on the outside of the wrapper!!!
