A couple nights ago I ordered buffalo tots, and pretzels bites with beer cheese. The tots were good, but they were super stingy with the buffalo chicken on top. The everything pretzel bites however, were soft and warm. The beer cheese also warm. I think I enjoyed them more than the tots. This afternoon around 2 I ordered some wings, and some more pretzels. The chicken was a tad pink in my wings, so that got thrown out. The beer cheese cold. The pretzels were hard. At least I know now if I do order again, it needs to be on night shift. Sad, you'd think business being slower would mean more attention to detail.

The food here is great and it is a fun and inviting atmosphere but the service is not good. When getting pickup orders, the wait is way longer than the estimated time and there is no one to help you. There was also no one at the front while I was there.

I visited the store to pick up my online order and experienced significant issues with service and communication. When I arrived, I waited approximately 20 minutes before anyone came to the counter. The person who eventually appeared—who I believe was the manager—handed out one order and immediately attempted to return to the back. During this time, there were eight other customers standing and waiting, many of whom had been there long before me and had not been acknowledged or assisted.
Before he walked away, I stopped him and explained that multiple people ahead of me—and more behind me—were waiting without any updates. One customer told me she had already been waiting an hour. My order was scheduled for pickup at 7:30 PM; I had placed it online at 6:45 PM. When I spoke to him at 7:45 PM, he informed me my order had not even been started yet and was only “next in line.”
At that point, I asked him to cancel my order and issue a refund, as waiting an additional 30–45 minutes was unreasonable. If I had stayed, I wouldn’t have received my food until around 8:30 PM, despite ordering at 6:45 PM.
The most concerning part of the experience was the lack of communication and the appearance of management avoiding customer interaction. I also witnessed several customers enter for dine-in service and leave after waiting without being greeted or seated.
Overall, the situation reflected poor management and customer service, and I felt it was important to bring this to your attention.

It took almost an hour to get our food for tenders and a hamburger. They looked to be severely understaffed as others that were seated had got up and left because they hadn’t even gotten a drink yet. It’s obvious that the management is obviously out of touch with reality and how to run a successful business. We asked for management who’s name was Robert and when he came to the table he seemed to be drunkAt this pace this establishment will be closed soon.
