  This place was terrible. Dont waste your time. Food was okay but the service was very very bad. Severely understaffed. Waited nearly a hour for our food to come. Watched multiple people walk out waiting to be served for more than 15 minutes. We asked to speak to a manager and all he came with was hostility. He seemed very off and mightve been drunk. Blamed everyone but himself for the service. As a manager he need to get his act together. His name is Robert. He is severely put of touch with the store. Out waitress even told us that other customers have had the same experience with him. Hope this review helps.

  It took almost an hour to get our food for tenders and a hamburger. They looked to be severely understaffed as others that were seated had got up and left because they hadn’t even gotten a drink yet. It’s obvious that the management is obviously out of touch with reality and how to run a successful business. We asked for management who’s name was Robert and when he came to the table he seemed to be drunkAt this pace this establishment will be closed soon.

  Don't bother ordering out from here. Fries were old, not fresh. Salad came with no dressing. Several wing orders (all) didn't have the side sauces. Mac and cheese was also old. Veggies were missing. Waste of money. Wish I could give no stars.

  We had to wait two hours to be seated and I had to seat myself and there was two girls waiting on tables and they both was very mean and rude as hell to me and my family then we had to wait and hour and a half to get our order taken and there was three people in there and they was all finished eating and they was just watching the football game and they girls waiting on the tables was worried about was playing up on their phones and cleaning off the dirty tables. we literally was treated like shit and while we were waiting on a table the girls told us that we can go set at the bar to get service and we went to the bar and tried to set down the lady at the bar told us that we couldn't set back there for us to go set up front we had a family of 6 and we came here to Seymour from Frankfort Kentucky and the people here was so rude and mean to me and my family that I'll never go back to there ever again and I'll tell everyone how we was treated and I'll share the experience with others if this isn't made right we had to pay for food we didn't even get and had to literally wait in for 4 hours we got there at 2:30 and left at 6.15 pm I feel like u all should do something to make up for this bad experience that we had I've never went anywhere where they though my receipt and change in my hand like kimmey done to us she needs to be fired she was rude as hell to us and so wasn't the black haired lady at the bar
