- DPDianne PalmerFeb 26, 20261.0I ordered my supper from Wendy's tonight. I now understand why Wendys is closing stores OR ALL of their stores. TO WENDY's MANAGEMENT: PAY ATTENTION!! I spent $10 for a SMALL salad that was indeed SMALL and was substandard. I also ordered a small chili for $6.00 PLUS tax, Did I say SMALL)? IN SAYING THAT IN TOTAL I PAID $15 FOR A MEAL THAT WAS SUBSTANDARD and was SMALL is an understatement. NO ONIONS IN CHILI, NO CHEESE IN IT, NO CRACKERS, NO HOT SAUCE, A FEW BEANS AND MOST OF THE BEANS WERE HARD (AS IN NOT COOKED). FOR THIS "MEAL", I PAID $15 PLUS TAX, AND IT WAS NEITHER GOOD NOR WORTH THE PRICE!! COME ON WENDY'S... I CAN SEE WHY YOU HAVE A BIG PROBLEM WHICH IS YOU NO LONGER CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!I THAT IS YOUR REAL PROBLEM !!!

The app says you got it. So, if you've had trouble getting mobile orders why have you done NOTHING about it. Ridiculous how little you care about the customer. Will never be back!
