    What's going on with the online ordering? Papa pairings $6.99 each. Ordered 3 pizzas (no premium toppings) and bread sticks. Total shows over $41. That's not right at all. $7x4= $28. ($5.50 delivery fee +tax around $2.67) that should be $36.17, not $41+. Where's the extra $5 charge coming from? Canceled my order.

    I ordered Family Special Delivery from Papa John’s today. An hour after my order was placed, my food arrives in an unmarked vehicle w/ two people in the car arguing. A man with no Papa John’s uniform emerges from an unmarked vehicle and opens the rear door of vehicle. He takes a long time getting my pizza out of the car, as I realized he’s picking my pizza off his floor. He approaches me with pizza’s in hand, no case to hold pizza to keep them warm. Driver hands me the pizza and informs me one of the pizza fell on the floor of his vehicle. I told him I was not accepting the pizzas and to call management and request a refund. The driver informs me that “will take forever and that only one of the pizza’s fell, and they were fine.” I said no sir I’m not eating floor pizza. As I’m speaking his passenger is hollering out the window “what’s taking so long, are you ready yet.” I then asked where was his uniform, or any type of Papa John’s ID. He then informed me he is a DoorDasher. I do not DoorDash due to poor service, constant scams, and sketchy drivers. This is the kind of service you can expect from Papa John’s in Sellersburg, Indiana. The only saving grace to the situation was the Shaun, the manager of that location being kind understanding, and refunding and replacing the order. So buyer beware, Papa John’s now uses Door Dash for all deliveries.
