No one came to the counter or even acknowledged us. We waited five plus minutes all we got were dirty looks from the staff.

Only gave 1 star because I cant give ZERO!! Got here @ 910 pm...ordered a cheeseburger meal, 6 PC strip basket w/ drink, 2 PC strip kids meal, and $7 meal deal 3 pc strip basket. Wouldn't ya know...ice cream came up 1st...go figure. Finally get food at 935 that had been sitting under the lights since 922...guess what? Cold! I then tell the girl Im missing the kids meal. She walks over to the register and grabs a kids meal that had been sitting there since we ordered...apparently someone returned it as something they didn't order. I refuse and she has the nerve to ask if I want it remade. Um...what do you think?! Before she walks away, I tell her my other food was not only cold since it had sat there for damn near 15 minutes, but was also buffalo when I ordered regular and want it remade. She goes and tells someone who yells, "she's just gonna have to wait her turn!" Wow! At this point I had been waiting for a fully complete hot order for 30 minutes. By now my kids ice cream sundaes are liquid. They finally bring me food so I check it. Barely warm and incomplete and the Texas toast is soggy bread. In total I should have 11 strips between the 3 meals. Im coming home with 7 strips that are less than warm and soggy bread & fries with liquid ice cream sundaes. Awesome job DQ! Maybe if you all wasnt so worried about the drive thru getting their ice cream and concentrated more on the dining room orders being made, there wouldnt be an issue. This is why I hadn't stepped foot in a DQ in over 10 years until a month ago at this same location. That experience restored my faith in DQ...until tonight. Calling corporate first thing Monday and demanding a full refund and going forth I will never frequent another DQ in my life. Ended up tossing $30+ worth of food and went home to eat ham sandwiches instead. By the time I was actually leaving the store, it was 947 pm...ABSOLUTELY PITIFUL!!

I get a simple frozen hot chocolate once or twice a week in the mornings and the last 5 times it’s been nothing but vanilla ice cream with whipped cream on top. One time I asked for extra chocolate seen as the last couple times it had near none in it and they added coffee and then tried charging extra. Moral of the story don’t go in the morning they don’t care and just shove stuff out the window.
