  I was here at 11:00 am on a Sunday. No one behind me, the person told me to roll up so they can “keep their times good”. I said no, if you aren’t keeping your times then why do we need to fake it. The person was extremely rude. They persisted the I moved forward because the fries were going to be a few more minutes. I get that the workers need to “keep their times good” but why do I need to participate in your lie to your manager. If the time is slow, the so be it. Train your staff better and don’t make them afraid to let the time be what it is.

  They still do the super Arby's which is my favorite, though it is smaller and one has to add Arby's sauce now. It was good service, but I have to ask for my drink cup.

  The owner telling others to share additional details at their comment forum is a waste of time. I posted there maybe four months ago as i didnt want my critique to be blasted on their site and wanted it to be more private. Never a word back and gave up on this place. Thought maybe after 4mo some things changed...NOT and everyone's so rude here...never any smiles either. And they still sell necklaces taped at the drive-thru window🙄 CLASSY
