  This location has a bunch of kids/employees standing in the drive thru lane taking orders when you're not even at the menu and if you tell them that they just hand you a small print out of their menu that you can't even read, instead of just using their nice new menu board that was recently installed. It's like they're tying so hard to be like 7Brew or Chick-Fil-A for no reason. We asked the kid that took our order today why they were the only location in the area that does it this way and he said that the owner wants to drive up sales and get the line through quicker but when your line is still not moving any faster and you use 4-5 people outside of your store to take orders instead of having them inside fo actually fulfill orders, it doesn't improve your number at all. As I'm saying this, the employee at the drive thru window handing us our food couldn't even keep track of what order was ours or if the drink he gave us was even correct or not. This location needs to go back regular drive thru operations and focus on better customer satisfaction with fulfilling orders properly instead of having their staff outside sitting in lawn chairs and taking orders on iPads. It's not functional nor is it actually serving any purpose. I don't go here as often because of it, which is a shame because the food is always hot and good.

  I don't usually leave reviews at fast food places but I've gotta here. Ive eatten here fairly often working down the road, and every time it's great. Hot, fresh, exactly how I asked for it... Don't worry if there's a line because it goes quick. Imo it's usually the best bang for the buck, and I've eaten at a lot of locations. This one puts em to shame. When I crave taco bell, I crave it from THIS taco bell. I'll order in Seymour and I'm disappointed 7/10 times because I've eaten here and know how good it can be.

  This Taco Bell location keeps missing the basics, and it’s getting frustrating. The biggest issue is drink labeling. Pepsi Zero was out, which is fine, but the substitute Baja Blast Zero wasn’t labeled as diet at all. When you have multiple drinks in the car, that creates confusion. For people who rely on zero-sugar drinks for health reasons, that’s not a small mistake — drinks need to be clearly labeled every time. Second, we specifically order combo boxes, but this store keeps throwing everything loose into the bag instead of using the boxes. Food ends up mixed together, fries scattered everywhere, and you have to dig through the bag just to figure out whose meal is whose. The whole purpose of ordering boxes is organization, and this location consistently ignores that. We were also missing items from our order, which shouldn’t be happening this often. On top of that, the burritos were barely filled and the fries were soggy. They even had employees standing outside taking orders, so it’s clear the staff may be overwhelmed. I feel for the workers, but customers shouldn’t have to deal with missing food, unlabeled drinks, and messy packaging because of it. Other Taco Bell locations nearby manage to get these basics right, so this seems to be a store-specific issue. I really hope management steps in and fixes the labeling, packaging, and order accuracy problems, because those are the biggest reasons this location keeps disappointing.
