    Too slow. They were told there was 2 separate orders, only brought 1, we waited, had to remind them through the red button. Then when she brought my melted ice cream, she forgot the spoon.....

    My family was on our way home from Spring Break. Four of us total. We place our order at the screen. Had to repeat ourselves several times. The sonic employee repeated our order back several times. Took us approximately 7 mins or so because it kept getting repeated back and forth. When the food came out we were missing a combo and a sandwich was incorrect. We sent those back and asked for napkins because we had none. I received the napkins when I was finished with my smash burger. Then realized I received a Coke Zero instead of a regular Coke. We got that fixed half way through my meal. It took about 10 mins to receive the correct sandwiches. The rest of the family was done with their meal. As my husband is eating his sandwich an employee comes out and says we didnt pay for one of the sandwiches. I stated we weren’t going to because nothing on our order was correct to begin with. She states it was theft. When we had already paid for something on our receipt we didn’t ask for. Another employee came out and actually ended up giving my husband money back. The whole experience was frustrating. Maybe not as much if the the order wasn’t repeated multiple times and took so much time to put in, only for everything besides 2 sandwiches to be correct. We were made aware the person taking the order was new…. I would suggest it’s ok for the employee to even tell guest that they’re new and to be patient. There’s no harm with that all. Secondly I would tell my employees not to accuse guest of theft when your establishment has not provided that said guest with the service or food they did pay for. Most establishments try to make things right when they can’t provide quality food or service. Our family felt harassed over a fish sandwich that we didn’t care to pay for it was just more about the principle and quality of service.

    They got our food wrong twice, and I went up to the booth and they still got it wrong. Unacceptable. And to top that off the only thing they got right were the mints we didn’t ask for. They need to fix their service!!
