  Ordered our food and took the kids to play in the play place. Every table is dirty. They have a cleaner in here who is just talking to everyone and not doing her job. Also she kept smacking our kids with paper. When we sat down to eat she made us get out to sweep under our feet. She cant speak English and is special Ed. Why you would hire someone and not have someone supervising her when she needs help is beyond me.

  Dumbest employees I’ve ever experienced, didn’t know what they were doing, half of them were just standing there while there was a line of cars wrapped around the entire building. We waited 40 minutes for our pre ordered food.

  Food is always cold and old. Staff tends to be rude. My husband’s burger felt like he was eating sandpaper and the cheese wasn’t melted. They basically pulled the cheese out of the freezer and slapped it on there. Mustard was supposed to be on the burger, but all they did was put three dots the size of penny’s on the burger. The fries felt like they pulled them out of a fridge and dipped them in water. It wasn’t busy when we went in so idk why the food was so awful. You put dine in, but they don’t bring your food to the table, nor yell out the number. They just let it sit on the counter while everyone else touches it to see if it’s their order.

  I ordered a sundae on the iPad and I wanted pay with cash. Tell me why I had to stand up there for 10 minutes I about did it myself. And then I finally hollard for the girl after she had been staring at me. And then she gave me attitude and wanted to blame someone else. Then wanted make others wait as well. The drive thru was not even long so there was no reason. Don't waste your time here. I also didn't even get peanuts. Hate this place. You guys need to get a better work ethic

  Got my quarter pounder with enough mayo on it I had to scrape it off, and meat patty was undercooked on one side. When I tried calling, both times somebody hung up on me as soon as I spoke. I'm currently sick with a sore throat so bad that my voice sounds absolutely terrible, but still! Rude. I know it's a Friday night and they're usually busier then, but jeeze. I worked my way through college here, with most of that time in the back. I'm willing to bet somebody running the grill is cancelling the program to shave off some cook time. It happened more often than actual issues with the grill itself. At least I didn't take a big bite of my burger to start with, and found the undercooked part right away. 😭🤢
