  Ordered Pizza and it was supposed to be ready at 5:40pm got there front doors are locked and you can only go through drive through and it’s backed up 2 hours later and we still have not been able to get our pizza. I paid online and I tried to cx called and talked with them and they said sorry we are backed up. Worst service ever will never go back

  Every experience I have had with the Scottsburg Pizza Hut has been negative and I dont understand why. The woman (i assume manager?) tonight is awful. Very, very rude and doesnt seem to be making anyone work? My mom never complains about anything and was one her favorite places for us to go inside and eat. For the past few months when shes went they have had to refill their drinks on their own and said it will be completely empty in there and still takes three times as long as it used to to get food. I stopped going there completely because I have social anxiety and worry I will bother them again. I rarely ever complain because I understand people need their jobs, but we have lost one of our favorite restaurants (my parents even got to meet my husband there 14 years ago for the first time). I cant even order it to be delivered because the website is so incredibly slow. I doubt this will do anything at all to help bring back one my families favorite restaurants, but its the only reason I’m leaving this review. Because it hasn't been one instance but every single time my family (multiple households) tries to go there again there is something. 😔 Idk who the team leader or mamager is at the Scottsburg Pizza Hut is tonight, but she is so mean.

  I ordered food for my family. Pizza, wing, fries and chicken Alfredo. The pizza and wings were ok. The chicken Alfredo had not enough Alfredo to cover the noodles and a tiny piece of chicken. There was only 21 fries. Seriously not even enough to feed a toddler. When asked about a refund to bring the food back they said no refund and hung up. What a shame the location in Scottsburg, Indiana is this bad. A place my family went to often. We will not be back. Managers need to do better.

  I'm a doordash drive that picked up an order found a dog that was involved in a accident up here at Pizza hut and they worried less about a dog that has ptsd from the wreck over getting a customer there order the things people care more about that man's best friend

  Order almost $100 worth of food and 1 of the 3 pizzas were wrong. Went back to the store gave them my receipt then was told that I should have brought back the pizza they messed up for proof that it wasn’t my right one. The guy proceeds to give me two pizzas boxes out through the drive through window. Told the guy the second box wasn’t mine. Guy takes back the second box and puts it in the warmer. I have never had a “fast food” place take food back ever that is absolutely unsanitary. Once it leaves through the door or the drive through window you do not take it back for sanitary purposes.
