Waited forever but they were busy, so after 45 min I go ask for my order. The kid was very frazzled, walked away, checked, but never got back to me. (She was visibly shaking, apparently there were a lot of orders gone wrong). An adult comes by, very nice at first. Here's my order and said she put it out and called it. I replied with on the number it says it will be brought to the table if you leave it out in a stern voice. (That's when she's done with me) We were in the play place so we never heard it called nor was it brought out like the instructions say. The other adult comes up and asks for a receipt, we don't have one bc the automated machine is not printing receipts, aka out of paper, further incompetence. They didn't want to give us our food bc we didn't have the receipt. We ended up working it out, but it's still ridiculous. 1) if you have a system, follow it (aka take number, put on table, bring to table) 2) don't get rude if you're not the following the system 3) I watched others wait 45+ minutes for food, it's fast food not a ma and Pa shop.

She was more concerned with her family or friends that were there than actual customers. Multiple people without uniforms kept walking in the back kitchen with outside food and supplies. People who knew the workers would just go behind the counter and take cups. Was a free for all and definitely felt unsanitary with the amount of people and outside supplies going back and forth in the kitchen. Meanwhile the drive thru line was packed but staff was more concerned about their “party” going on. Very unprofessional.
