  My first time at a Portillos. Service was friendly. Food was great. If I had realized how big the bacon double cheeseburger was I would have ordered the single. The cake shake was awesome, thankfully I ordered the small. Atmosphere was fun, it was a little too cold to enjoy the patio seating.

  As a 1st time customer I couldn't understand why they were so busy the food was lukewarm borderline cold and none of what I ordered was flavorful which was a fish sandwich that was more bread then fish so I ate it without the bottom bun which was dry anymore and a regular sized Italian beef sandwich which i mistook for a hot dog before I opened it. Because of how small it was and they charged .99cent for hot giardiniera peppers but only gave me about .05 cent worth. the cake shake tasted the best out of everything I bought but not because it was flavorful or because they used gourmet ice cream or cake it was just because it was sweet. It safe to say that I will never go back Portillo's their prices were way to high for sub-par food.

  I visited this store on Sunday the 20th 2026 after going to the movies. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and onion rings. The chicken was grilled on on side burn on the other side.Tons of mayo for no reason. The onion ring were old and hard and dry. I’m angry because I could have spent my money anywhere and probably received better food than that. Also, the meal was almost 15 dollars… FIFTEEN DOLLARS!!! As if people have money to toss food in the garbage because el essentially that’s what I had to do.

  For a quick lunch or dinner,or whatever, consider Portillo's. Quick, delicious and affordable. Whether fish,hot dogs, hamburgers, or Italian beef, all is delicious. Clean and service is good. 👍👍👍👍
