    Great place for a small group to chat, we had 10 people, couldn't hear each other speak. As for the location... clean, friendly staff, quick service, no complaints there!

    My delivery order with panera 6051716086163951 on 04/01 from “144 US Highway 41 Schererville, IN 46375” was horrible like nothing can go wrong beyond this level. Screenshot of order attached with analysis. Accuracy - 0% guaranteed. > Multiple missing items > Incorrect customization for both sandwiches > all side sauces missing > Cutlery missing > Order delivered 30 min delayed than original estimated (delivery partner reached restaurant and waited for order preparation to complete, she kept me updated) Informed about less items to delivery partner while receiving and she was feeling very sorry; but she couldn’t do anything. She even informed on double checking with cafe for drink while picking up the order as that was also not given to her while picking-up until she explicitly asked. I called to store manager and he gave multiple failed attempts of explanation during this call - Attempt 1: My employees are seasoned and well experience and this level of inaccuracy doesn’t happen on my watch. It must be issue with delivery partner. When I explained the discussion with delivery partner and made it clear that he is wrong on blaming to delivery partner he proceeded to attempt 2. Attempt 2: I am sorry but honestly telling we have a newbie in the team and its dinner time so we gave him opportunity to learn and he made this mistake. Otherwise we keep accuracy to 💯. But I need to give my staff chance to improve otherwise how will they learn ? You understand what I mean, right ? Let me make it right by adding $10 credit (seriously ?) your panera account as you have used rewards for this order.. Advice to store manager: 1. Train your employees at your own expense darling, not at the cost of your customers. 2. Orders placed with rewards/promo/gift cards are not FREE orders for you to experiments with. Those are given to customers to make things right, for promotions to enrich their experience and gift cards are bought with REAL MONEY. Anyway I will make a visit to the store to discuss this case personally. Until then this store is a “BIG NO”. 04/02/2026 Update: Visited store to have discussion. The male manager I had conversation over call was not available. The on duty female team manager (CC) who happens to be a REAL human and a good leader went over the matter in detail. I even offered to let’s review the camera recording to verify my order preparation and packaging but she insisted that it is not required. 1. She listened to the entire conversation patiently and noted the points 2. She did verify all the sequence of order opening photos taken on my phone, receipts details highlighted with incorrect items and missing items, call timestamp with rude store manager, delivery driver message (which was to keep me posted on the status) etc. She was really mortified for such inaccuracies on delivery order and most of it for the previous male manager to not acknowledge it over 17 min phone call discussion. 3. She apologized humanely and assured that she will look into this matter to find out who exactly talked insensitively over the phone with me. 4. She offered physical reward vouchers to make it right and assured that the rewards are not meant for training orders. She even offered to prepare the entire order for free but I didn’t need it but she still insisted and prepared chicken stack sandwich again with accuracy and packed with sweet treat. Such a nice empathetic gesture. Employees were really happy around her. Panera needs more humane managers like her.

    on the website i wanted to tip the driver who was delivering my bagels, there was only the option to tip the people inside. also it said no contact so when i answered the door the driver would be there so i couldn’t give cash.

    Had a minor issue and Deniz stepped right in to fix the issue. Her customer service is amazing. Her personal is so pleasant.

    I ordered through DoorDash for delivery and my first original order was never delivered and went through three different dashers before I eventually had to cancel and reorder. I don't know if there was a long wait or if my order was stolen, but there was no communication from Panera nor from the dashers about what was taking so long and I'm led to believe that the original assigned dasher stole my order seeing as they were just sitting in a separate parking lot from the store after accepting my order. Panera staff needs to be more attentive with DoorDash orders, especially if multiple people come to pick up the same order and dashers need to communicate better with customers rather than just choosing to unassign themselves from orders. Thankfully I got the full amount in credits to use for the next order, but yall need to do better.
