  Used to love this place, but I don't know if it's under new management or what but I've tried several times now to order and like 8/10 times the sandwich is completely wrong. They clearly have issues nowadays and probably aren't the brightest. They clearly have no problem potentially poisoning someone with food allergens. Don't recommend.

  Who doesn't love JJ!!! But this location you need to either Avoid it or place the order when you get there. I'll be avoiding this location. Check the reviews... I ordered ahead and got there in a reasonable time, and still waited nearly 1 hour, for 3 simple sandwiches. Unreal. Watched probably a dozen people come and go prior to getting my food. Honestly not the greatest food today, bummed Not Freaky Fast or the best this time. My instinct said go to different location. I'll never return there

  I typically get a turkey tom on Fridays for lunch. The shop is clean with fun anecdots on the wall, staff is helpful and quick. The food choices are a step (or 2) above Subway Sandwiches. I am a repeat customer.
