Food is always good, done in a timely manner, and we have never had issues with food being prepared wrong or missing. We honestly order from Schererville Rosatis sometimes just because of their efficiency with our orders. It’s very much appreciated how on top of everything you all are! I apologize to Theresa that I am so late to add this review since my son’s birthday party was there a few months ago… but just wanted to say she is seriously the best! We’ve been lucky enough to have her as our server for two of my son’s birthday parties there and she has gone above and beyond both times. My family enjoyed her and her personality so much. Very friendly and hard working! Thank you so much!

I was sitting right next to him when he ordered but okay never going back. They said they listened to recording I would like to have heard it since I was sitting next to him telling him what to order but okay. We order a pizza every week was trying to find somewhere closer since they’re right down the street, but we will definitely will travel from here on out. House of Pizza
- NMNorelle MDec 14, 20251.0I placed a phone order for delivery on Sunday December 14th at 12:03pm with Theresa (manager). She was passive aggressive with her tone while taking my information but I ignored it. After 2 1/2 hours I called for an update. She answered as said she couldn’t find my order. As I tell her that the payment was made and question their system, she begins to yell and cut me off and proceeds to hang up. I call back and she puts me on hold, I call back and she comes to the phone and just starts by saying ‘ma’am I don’t want to hear it!’. Never in my life have I had someone treat me so rudely while trying to place my order, or get update especially at Rosatis. I won’t subject myself to this treatment. Customer service has gone way down as I have been placing orders with them since 2018. The pizza finally came but I couldn’t trust eating it. Good luck in life Theresa
