But this location actually is very friendly and they're handicap friendly. I spoke to two managers while there regarding my son getting a position and it was willing to help him and hire him. The portion size is smaller and the chopped salad which has been my favorite for many years is now sadly lacking in all ingredients except the lettuce which is no longer “chopped”. The tables were dirty and not being attended to. So disappointed.

I finally checked on my order only to find out there was a problem and then I had to completely remind them what my order was and they still got it wrong. No attempt was made to right the wrong. I will not go to that portillos again.
