  The manager is terrible. I come every week with my 3 yo son. Sometimes it takes us a little longer to move around because well he’s 3. Today she was calling out orders. My order was up really fast. She’s calling out my name, I say be right there. I’m walking out drinks to a table. She calls my name again and says that I need to grab my food, and that she has orders piling up ( there’s one other order up btw) I say I’m coming, I’m walking with my toddler. We take probably 3 entire minutes to get to our order. I ask if I can have a second spoon. She tells me that she gave a spoon and fork. I say again that I would like 2 spoons. She just keeps saying how she gave me one and a fork. I finally have to break it down that my 3 yo son needs a spoon for Mac and cheese. And I need a spoon for soup.Her response is a snappy “ well I didn’t know”. It shouldn’t be this hard to get an extra utensil. She is never in a good mood, and is always combative. I don’t know what is wrong with this woman, but she should never work with the public.

  Got wrong soup twice. Chicken noodle soup with NO NOODLES, CARROTS OR CHICKEN.Manger very unprofessional.

  I went in today, around 11:15am with a the reprint transaction on dec 24, when I purchase 2 gift card with the amount of 50 the customer would receive 10 dollars I asked how will the 10 be applied, I was told it be credit just with using the customers number, honestly I can't remember the exact words . I didn't catch the redeem of the nature, since I payed cash and doing this for the first time I go in with the transaction of the gift cards purchase, the cashier stated I should of been given a gift card. I did not receive the 10 dollar gift card. she stated that a manger did the transaction and knows better with an unpleasant look on her face I stated, I did not receive the 10 card I just felt like I was trying to scam 10 dollars, instead of apologizing because I wasn't given the 10 dollar gift card, I felt like I was lying and that was not great customer service I was embarrass, especially her stated like 3 times, the manager did the transaction, and she knows better, meaning I was trying to recieve another 10 dollars I go in there for pickups regularly for my employer first time of not good customer service
