First time they gave me the wrong thing and I spent 15 minutes in the drive through waiting for the right order. Second time there was a malfunction with their system and the app and they couldn't get my order to open, so they told me to pull into the reserved spot. They forgot about me. I sat there for 10 minutes and finally went inside. They forgot I was out there and still couldn't get the order to open. I told them my order and they finally made my order. So much for *fast* food. I mean the whole point of the drive through is to get food quickly and the whole point of the app is to order ahead of time so that service is extra fast. Don't go here if you have somewhere you need to be at a specific time.
