  I ordered the tavern style from here before but this time it was burnt and to hard to even eat. My pizza was hard, with no sauce on it. It looked as if it was a reheated burnt pizza. It was not edible, so I had to go out to pick up something else for dinner. What a disappointment being the 2nd time this has happened.

  Best pizza in the land. Tried and true. Fantastic staff. We pulled up close to closing time, and they waved us to come in as we were about to leave!

  The place and service that was provided was great. The salad (Chicken) was AWESOME as well the pizza. The atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was great in serving the customer who either dine in or carry outs.

  If you are planning on ordering via delivery please keep in my mind that they 3rd party their drivers via gig work like DoorDash. Not saying TIPS are mandatory, but if there is no credit tip or if you decide to tip in cash your order can take over 1-2hr to arrive or not at all. It’s only because the way the DoorDash system works. All drivers are only paid 2$ per order regardless of distance and if you live 5-20 miles from the store & that $2 payout shows on the drivers screen they will not take that order solely because they can lose money in gas. DD does not show advanced weather if you tipped or not, but drivers can tell by the payout starting at $2. Most Drivers will only accept an order if the payout is equal to or more than the miles driven Regardless of tip. Every time a driver declines, the payout only goes up by “$0.25” so if you’re a far distance 50 to 100+ drivers may have declined your order. Causing it to take longer than what Giordanos has promised… I have delivered a handful of orders from this store for the past 2-3yrs now and this has always been a problem. I have had customers cancel as soon as the order assigned to me because they have already been waiting over 1hr. I even faced taunts and threats from customers just because of the wait that is out of my control. Even the manger and the front desk get angry with the drivers because it took so long. It’s not our fault! This is how DoorDash rips off the customers, stores and their own drivers. Creating chaos I’m not sure if the owner understands this issue or they just don’t care. Several times i have picked up an order here they have given me a 1 star rating whenever the customer is mad over wait time.

  Slow service. Ordered online, said 530 pickup. One order of spaghetti and one order of Chicken Parmesan. It's now 7pm, sitting in lobby, food still isn't ready. After receiving an email from the manager about my experience I have updated the review and appreciate him reaching out and addressing the issue with his staff.
