But recently the quality of the service has decreased, in my most recent trip I ordered an appetizer and left the empty plate on the edge of the table so it could be removed and nobody took it, it wasn't even busy so it could be excused. Soups and salads came, the entree came and the desserts came too and the plate was still there. I wish this can be improve and the manager takes action in this.

What an enjoyable experience! The food was just delicious and cooked perfectly! I had the lemon butter, Branzino with broccoli. The service was stellar! Thanks to Julie we never ran out of bread, parm, or pesto! She was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and met our needs quickly and efficiently. She truly made our meal a fantastic event! I would HIGHLY recommend Carrabba’s for an amazing lunch or night out!! ( P.S. You want to ask for Julie too!)
- AGann gDec 24, 20255.0Great service! Warm casual atmosphere. Excellent variety on the menu. The appetizers were amazing! For dinner, I got the short ribs. They were fall off the bone tender and delicious! There was a nice gravy for the garlic mashed potatoes. I also grabbed the $10 take home special but haven't tasted that yet. The minestrone was very flavorful and did not have a tomato base, which was an interesting change and I really loved it! We were a large party and had three tables side by side. Only thing that could have been better would have been one large table all together. All in all an outstanding experience and we very much appreciate them hosting our family gathering for Christmas Eve day!

My husband arrived at that time, and was told they could not find our order. We provided the order number and all other information, for them to again tell us they had no idea what we were talking about. They went so far as to tell us this was our issue (even though we had an order confirmation and had been charged for the order). After nearly an hour, they told my husband it would be 30 minutes for our food. He had to leave for another commitment, so I returned to the location to pick up the food. I waited another 15 minutes after I arrived for them to bring me our meals. No apology, no acknowledgment of the situation. The food was fine but the experience was terrible. We will not be back.
