Nothing felt rushed, nothing felt mass-produced — it felt like it came straight out of a Polish grandmother’s kitchen. The owners and staff deserve a standing ovation. Even with the insane Christmas Eve rush, they were calm, kind, and every dish came out hot and absolutely perfect. Hands down, this is the best Polish cuisine within a 100-mile radius — no contest. I will be ordering from Carpathia for every holiday moving forward, and I can’t thank them enough for making our Christmas Eve truly unforgettable.

We decided a few weeks later to have a Polish Christmas meal and visit Carpathia for our food. We chose their homemade pierogi, cabbage rolls, filled Polish crepes, carrot and apple salad, and kielbasa. The desert was a ginger bread cake from Ideal Bakery and a poppyseed roll. The meal was outstanding! The food was tasty and not over seasoned with garlic or onions. Easily the best Polish food we've had outside of Poland. We will be back!
