  Probably the worst B-Dubs experience I have had. The food was barely warm and took a ridiculous amount of time to get to our table. It took an hour to get our food after we ordered and my burger that was supposed to have two patties only came with one. The waiter was not very pleasant. He may have just had a bad day but was still very frustrating.

  We went there on 2/21 with a group of 2 adults and 4 younger kids. Everything was fine at first, but then our server dropped our food. Mistakes happen, so that part was understandable — but instead of addressing it, she told us the kitchen was backed up, even though I literally watched her drop the plates. After that, we waited over an hour for our food, while people who arrived after us were getting served. When our food finally came out, two plates were cold and the others weren’t even our order. We asked for a manager, and they took everything back and comped the food, but they didn’t even comp the three beers — even though we waited an hour and 45 minutes and basically got nothing. manager didn't acknowledge mistake or seem to give a hoot, not a great experience lol.

  Food…I don’t know. The service was so bad that by the time food came or sauces came the chicken was cold and not really eatable. Tater tots, pretty hard to screw up BUT I wouldn’t know because they didn’t come until the end of the meal. Service???🤣🤣🤣 Deplorable. The waitress took 15 minutes to get us drinks. Then the side salad which looked good and were good BUT arrived 45 seconds before our chicken. BUT either came with zero sauce OR the sauces were a mystery game. Everything was messed up. Tacos had to get sent back. Wrap was screwed up and had to be sent back. Asked for the manager and complained politely. Which didn’t really get us any where. We were told that they had a bunch of call offs but I’m sorry, that really isn’t my problem. We are paying for service. Then seat what you can handle and make people wait. Never did get my damn sauces. Atmosphere is typical for a Buffalo Wild Wings. Big tv’s and loud. BUT didn’t expect to have to wear my winter coat because it was SO COLD. You would think that if EVERYONE kept their coats on the management mind catch a clue, nope

  Don't ever order from here. I called to place a Togo order and no one answered after 12 rings. I called 10 minutes later and was told hold on. After 6 minutes of holding no one answered. I ordered online a grilled chicken Caesar salad and a bottle of Pepsi at 9:05pm. I went in stood there for 15 minutes and 5 people passed me and looked right at me and no one said anything. I didn't walk out until 9:33pm.

  Walked in the front door behind a man who exited his vehicle in the parking lot next to us who reeked of Marijuana. Found out he was a cook who had entered to start his shift. After quickly being seated because it was not busy, we waited several minutes for our server Sarah to take our drink order. We ordered our food as well at this time because it had taken her so long to even acknowledge us. She was the only server waiting on five other tables. She apologized, but you could tell she was overwhelmed with her tables. The kitchen was slow to get out our appetizer (we had to ask about it) and food items, but knowing the cook was under the influence might explain that. You cannot run a respectable business with employees on drugs. This was my first time at this bdubs location. I will never go back.
