- LTLa ToniaAug 10, 20251.0I ordered a 3-scoop sundae and a bottle of water, via Gruhbub. It came as less than 1 scoop with a topping I did not order and mostly melted. Grubhub mostly refunded me. Disappointing, as a previous order was great. Hit or miss at today's prices isn't okay. I suggest you go in person, so you can see your order as this is what I am going to do.

The employee was rude and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. The employee couldn't answer my question about how to cancel my order. I asked for his name this person refused to give his name stating, he didn't see a reason to give his name. It was after 10pm the ice cream nor the employee were worth the time. But I'll never make a purchase at this establishment.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
