  Went through the drive-thru and was not told at the speaker that there were no fountain drinks. We only found out at the window that they were “offering” bottled drinks instead. On top of that, they stated there was a water main break, meaning no running water at all—including no water for employees to wash their hands. That is a serious health and safety issue. If there is no running water, this location should not be open. At the very least, customers should be informed before ordering so they can decide whether to continue. Extremely poor communication and concerning sanitation practices.

  I like Arbys because the burger fry fast food or chicken sandwich can get old. Arbys offers reuben Sandwiches, gyros and even turkey sandwich this time of year. The curly fries are good as well. I rate the food 4 stars because sometimes it can be inconsistent not bad just poorly assembled would be the best thing to say here. This last visit the curly fries I had had 2 whole fries the rest was a bunch of ends like one inch long. The inside is very nice and clean and be sure to ring the bell for good service. My child liked the the toy and roast beef sandwich in the kids meal. They have ice tea I believe is fresh brewed not from the soda machine and lemonade my kids enjoy. We will be back again.
