  THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT USE THIS PLACE! The guy TOM IS A LIAR! My event was a couple of weeks ago on DECEMBER 14,2025 and the PLACE DID NOT HAVE HEAT, THE BATHROOMS WERE DIRTY, NO TISSUE, SERVICE WAS BAD!!! I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT TOM ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND NO ANSWER!

  Don’t ever book here! They’re unprofessional. They cancelled the booking due to the weather and tried to reschedule for them to not answer the phone. Then when we finally got in touch they scheduled for another day and now it’s double booked.

  Terrible! Absolutely terrible! Please don't fall for the good reviews! Upon our first meeting, Tom was late. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and went ahead and scheduled with them anyway. Paid in full that day and we got a hand written contract. A little Leary, should have known then. Tom told us he would send the real contract via email. We never got it and called back a few weeks later. He said he would send it and never did. Anyway, called the week before event and gave our food and other information so everything would be set up. I felt uneasy that this was going to go right, something about Tom and the venue seemed off. Called Tom two days before even to verify everything again he never called me back. Had to call him 3 times. I called again the next day and he answered. Went over menu and set up again. Only to come day of event and we were out in the wrong room, bathrooms were disgusting and color table was wrong. No drinks given, we had to ask for them and even ask for whatever to be refilled at the tables several times. It was terrible service. Would NEVER recommend. I wish we could get out money back.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I should have known Tom was inconsiderate and flaky from the start when he showed up late to our meeting scheduled to review the venue. But myself, my mom, and my sister decided to give him the benefit of the doubt that day. We booked one half of the largest room they have here for my baby shower. This baby shower was incredibly special to us, as I had finally become pregnant after 3 losses, and we were excited to have a nice, big space to host a celebration. I found it very odd that we signed a literal piece of paper where he hand-wrote down our agreement for the day, and promised to mail my mom a copy of a real contract soon. About a month later, the contract never came. My mom called Tom, fearing we were being scammed, and he assured her he sent the contract and would send another. He lied. It never came. My sister had an incredibly difficult time getting him on the phone as the day of my shower drew closer. He consistently did not answer or asked to call her back. He was supposed to reach out a week before the party to finalize guest numbers, food, table set up, etc. He never did. We had to call him numerous times. DESPITE going over these details with him when he finally did answer the phone, on the day of the shower, things were wrong. First of all, he gave us the WRONG room. My mom paid extra for the larger room. However, he double booked that room and lied, saying we didn't book it. Of course we had no real contract to go off of to prove this. I believe this is why he never sent one to begin with. Then there weren't the right amount of tables, and my sister/friends had to move them themselves to set them up. The linen colors were wrong. They didn't serve beverages with lunch until my sister found the ONE SERVER making rounds in our room and asked for them. The glasses given to us for the Mimosa bar were reused glasses from other people's parties. Tom hid the whole time. He never came to check on us. He knew what he did, and I hope he knows how wrong it was. Unfortunately, I fear this is a common occurrence at this venue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND working with him. Avoid Andorra Banquets if you want to work with an honest, reputable manager. Tom is unprofessional, a swindler, disrespectful, dishonest, and a coward. He should be ashamed of himself! I truly have no idea how there are so many good reviews on this webpage. I wouldn't be surprised if they are AI generated and fake. Please save yourself the heartache and look somewhere else for your venue.

  I would not recommend this place. I had my father’s funeral luncheon here. In a nutshell, it wasn’t easy to initially get in touch with the manager, Tom, to book this luncheon. (I should’ve taken this as a sign). On the day of the event, my guests did not know which room was for our luncheon when they first arrived. Nothing was marked and it was cold in our room due to the furnace not working (on a cold winters day). The two space heaters they put in the room didn’t do the job either. One waitress served us and no one else was around. It was a complete ghost town as far as wait staff. The desserts that came out were not what I asked for. And the only thing keeping us warm was the coffee that ran out. No wait staff was there at the end after plates were taken away. Again, total ghost town. I guess if you have a small party here, you’re not important, because that’s how I felt. I have tried to contact the manager and he will not return my phone calls and now my phone calls go directly to voicemail where the voicemail box is full. I would say avoid this place!!! I don’t really think they care about their customers after they are paid.
