- CCCitrus2 days ago1.0Idk how many times I've been here and the workers are all just screaming and talking to each other instead of working. Have only gotten my order right maybe 2/10 times. Every time I go in for something, they don't have it. Yesterday, frappes. Today, they didn't even have soda and offered orange juice instead. I ordered ONE thing and asked for a few packets of hot sauce. Asked them if it was in the bag before I pulled away. They gave me one mild packet. Theyve completely butchered orders so many times that I'm surprised anyone works there. Even when they're not busy, it's still the same issue. Won't be returning

I just spent almost 40 dollars on an order and half of it was missing. Id give this store 0 stars if it was an option. I will never waste my time or money on the salem mcdonald's ever again.

And when I asked to cancel the drinks as well the lady said “ I don’t know how to do that”. And I had to pay for my drinks…. Awful service, nasty women, and no professionalism
