- KLKaylee Long5 days ago1.0I order a large iced coffee a few times a week at this place and usually they do it good but today they charged me for my large and rang up a large on my screen (I used a code for a discount on a large iced coffee) when I get to the pick up window some little blonde girl gives me a medium and I showed her my receipt and code that it was a large and she refused to fix it and says " I'm sorry ma'am, you're paying for the extra stuff and getting part of it for Free anyway and shut the window!" So now I have to go somewhere else

- KMKimberly mcguffinDec 7, 20251.0Went to McDonald's got the Grinch meal and was told they can't substitute the Big Mac with a hamburger for a kid that's ridiculous ordered a large m&m McFlurry and they told us they can't do a large I said okay to a medium they can't do a medium I said fine a small will work we try to order a daily double meal when we know we can cuz we've done it before and they told us it wasn't a meal when you order it up front you have to order it separately cashier was very rude the other workers was very rude the tables need to be wiped down more I still seen dried up food all over the table and the playground was filthy dirty I am never letting my nephew play on that again surprised the health department hasn't been called on you guys

Employees did not seem to mind the fact we ordered 20 double cheeseburgers, 24 nuggets, and a load of slushies. Service was exceptionally fast compared to other McDonalds where similar orders have been placed. Only problem I had in the visit was the parking lot has some sharp turns that my truck is too obnoxiously long to handle. -Polite staff. -Fast service -Sketchy parking for bigger vehicles
