    Paid for a meal for breakfast and I didnt get my potatoes cakes only my wrap and drink.. I really like the potatoes cakes very upset I paid for a meal and didnt get it all

    Went through drive thru. They gave us our food and handed me one drink. I told them I ordered 2. She said OH that's the wrong one. She then made our drinks and gave them to me. I ordered fries with cheese. I checked bag and no cheese. She said it was in there. We took everything out and no cheese. She then said oh they forgot it. Headed down the road and the Fries, Chicken sandwich and potato cakes were not fresh and tasted like old grease. Very poor experience. I was craving Arbys but disappointed.
