No manager has come out to apologize or anything. Feels like they don’t care about paying customers. No apologies, no answers, no respect for the customer. Ugh… I urge you if you are hungry go up to the next exit to Greensburg. A much better McDonald’s that cares for it’s customers. These guys DON’T!!

And they said that they didn't have the order. They had already given us a drink and told us to park. There was no reason for them to park us the order was sitting inside waiting. I'd like a refund but I think that might take forever also. It wasn't just the fact that they messed up. But when my husband went in to check on the order. They were not even Sorry and act like it was his fault. And well of course you know the food's cold.
