    Went Saturday night and had the best experience i have ever had at any chipotle all the reviews on this place are bad but when i walked past the doors i got a welcome first time at any chipotle by the way loved the energy and enthusiasm will for sure be back i was served by david very kind young man.

    untrained staff. terrible attitude, asked for a kids quesadilla and the girl refused to make it. when a different girl came over because i asked to speak to the manager, the quesadilla was not cooked. asked for a side of cheese, and said they can’t do it. it doesn’t come like that. i offered to pay for it and refused that also. missing the chips. i will not return and everyone will know how horrible this chipotle is.

    This is by far the worst Chipotle I have been to and that includes many of the Chicago locations. Every single time something is wrong. Stale chips. Always out of toppings and protein. Rude employees. Portions wildly inconsistent. Missing entire items of an order. Employees focused on just about anything besides serving customers. And other incidents too long to type out here. It’s pretty impressive how consistently terrible this location is.
