- MMadison !4 days ago1.0Terrible, waiting 20 whole minutes just to be served and an extra 15 minutes for the chicken to be done and just to top it off chicken was raw half cooked and they gave me a quarter of a burrito. Never coming back.
- JUJosef UrbanMar 1, 20261.0Food is good. Workers are rude. Asked for a double rice instead of a rice and beans for 2 kids meals plus sour cream. The staff wouldn’t do. Said had to be 1 rice and 1 bean and couldn’t add sour cream, that was the only option. So we asked for 1 with 2 rice and 1 with 2 sour creams. Nope. Offered to pay more. Staff said nope. Not until the manager intervened was it okay but still had to pay extra for a sour cream. The food was very low on stock and no one was really making more to refill the trays (it was 1:30 on a Sunday). The restaurant was gross. Not one clean table. Had to wipe down ourselves, thankful wife carries cleaning wipes. We frequent chipotle, but compared to Crown point IN or even the one in homer glen IL. (By my work) this is by far the worst chipotle we ever go too and it has been this way ever since their honeymoon opening period ended. I think it is worth the trip to crown point.

The girls that work here seem annoyed that you are there. Only 1 is working the line while the others are hanging out. Love chipotle but this location is horrible.

She also said please come back on time from your break so I can get my kid, no one cares about your kid do better for your staff and in front of customer like myself
