- DSdeb sandersJul 17, 20221.0I went there yesterday July 16 at 3:30pm. There was 1 car in the lot , with an elderly lady checking the doors. I asked if they were closed. She said the inside is. I drove around to drive away and noticed a car at the window. I got in line to get an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. The 2 young teenagers, were goofing around. I said you need a sign to say the drive through is open. They giggled and said it wasn’t their job. I asked for a cake , they came back with a description of flavors and I picked one. The girl on the register continued to giggle as the price kept changing on the screen. She said 32.09 and I paid her in cash. When I got home I realized the price on the cake was clearly 24.99 and not 29.99. Because they were goofing around and giggling, they over charged me. It was obvious That there was no one managing them. I went back today to get my change back and again, no manager on duty, so I couldn’t get my change. I tried calling the number to get a fax sound.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
