- BRB. R.KNov 9, 20241.0I placed a mobile order through the app. When I arrived, they had 11 of 31 flavors listed. I did speak to the manager a week later. I did ask her why there are 31 flavors listed online, but 11 available. She said the freezer is broken. Though I’m still confused they are offering 20 imaginary flavors. My order was not able to be completed due to it not existing. According to the manager, they are able to refund you in store, despite what the employees said.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
