  Absolutely abysmal ratings with no manager intervention. Our order looked like it was tampered with before being served to us. The employee that received me scowled after I told her the name of my order. I thought I imagined it and ignored it until she handed me the food with two fingers like the bag stunk and a performed an exaggerated hip sway. Look, I’ve worked in food service, I know customers can be rude but it is not anyone else’s fault that you work here or that you’re understaffed. Get a grip and do something different with your life than be miserable at a small town Chipotle.

  The employee who helped me was very kind and pleasant — great customer service. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was not clean. My serving tray had cheese and debris stuck to it, all dining tables to sit in an empty restaurant at this time weren’t wiped down. As a former restaurant owner, that raises concerns about overall sanitation and food prep practices. This seems to be a recurring issue at multiple locations. Good staff, but cleanliness needs serious improvement.

  just about every review i have read has been negative.. and i have to say i agree. every single time i walk in there which is not often due to the lack of customer service is a horrible experience. i mean im waiting to get my order taken which is fine, but usually once your waiting they apologize, greet you, something, never and i mean never have i been properly greeted, every single employee no matter the time of day has a horrible attitude and makes you seem like an inconvenience. They stare at you with horrible looks for what? Stare at you the whole way while you walk out and are always laughing under their breath about something. It’s all just so rude and I stopped going for a few months due to this reason and I decided to give this location a try again and yet again same experience clearly changes need to be made but will that happen? The judgment, I feel when I walk in there is crazy.. do better!.. much better

  Whoever was working around 5:30pm on March 20th needs to get their stuff together. All of them. BOTH the white and brown rice were not cooked and HARD. It was super salty and literally drenched with lime juice, it was so sour. They were out of steak, which no big deal I got chicken instead which I was fine with. Then, I clearly and loudly asked for queso and the person on the line put the mild salsa on it instead. Like how do you even do that??? We were very disappointed. For $30 for two people, you’d at LEAST expect semi decent COOKED food. Never coming back.

  I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Chipotle Mexican Grill. I placed a DoorDash order and called the store because there was no option in the app to add extra cheese and sour cream to my order . When I called, the staff were very rude and unhelpful about it. Instead of simply trying to help or explain, they acted like it was an inconvenience that I even asked. When my food arrived, it was even more disappointing. The burrito was much smaller than the usual size I get from Chipotle, and the rice inside was hard like it wasn’t fully cooked. On top of that, the chips were damp and clearly not fresh. Overall, the customer service on the phone and the quality of the food were both very poor.
