Wonderful experience! What was below par for four of us, the food we got ( 3 burgers and a steak) was subpar. We had heard really good reviews from the friends who have attended and was expecting better than what we had. The burgers were cooked right medium, just very bland. I think one out of three burgers had flavor and was well put together. My son complained of his steak. He requested medium rare, It was more of a medium he said it really lacked flavor. In fact, he was not impressed and ended up letting his younger sister eat it in which she complained it lacked flavor and was not like the steaks we cooked at home. Did enjoy the pretzel and one of our friends got the meatloaf and it looked amazing.

After I received an exchange, she intentionally caught my eye and aggressively "spiked" the returned food into the trash to provoke a reaction. A verbal confrontation occurred. When I returned the second meal. Because of her hostile behavior, I was concerned about the integrity of the food and whether it had been tampered with. I requested a refund, she refused to provide one. I was the one who requested the police be called to document the situation and the denial of the refund. Instead of de-escalating her own mistake, she used a trespass ban to avoid accountability. I would recommend avoiding this location until management is retrained in basic professional decency.
