- DCDonna ClevengerApr 14, 20255.0Friendly people and a nice drive from Lafayette. I noticed they do sell meat their as single packages we bought a quarter from a farmer and picked up at the locker. Ck it out
- MTMaggie TaylorJan 4, 20231.0I had a whole hog processed in November. There are a lot of blood clots on the pork chops and in the ground meat. I made brats on the stove yesterday and there was an inch of grease left in the pan. It seems like the meat was not trimmed of fat properly. When I called they said the pig was probably too fat and sometimes clotting just happens. Never in my life have I had meat that had blood clots in it. And if the hog was overly fat it could have been trimmed off. They just gave me the run around. Do not recommend going here.
- JCJs CalvinFeb 17, 20202.0Me and my friends had a 1/4 of beef processed here and they did not do what was asked to do,did not tenderize the heart or cube the steak , also should have only gotten 6-7 bones and got 17 REALLY!!! They will not get our business again. Not recommendation from us!!
