  Don’t bother using the app at this McDonald’s, it won’t work. You can’t use rewards or get points through the app here. I used the app and paid for my food. Went to pick it up and they didn’t have it in their system. I didn’t have my wallet with me to pay for the meal twice and they said it was fine. Gave them my order two times and after waiting 25 min in drive through and making it to the last window they tell me they can’t give me my order because I didn’t have my wallet to pay twice. They would not manually take my card number. If they would have told me that initially I wouldn’t have been so mad that I waited so long and got to the last window for nothing. Manager and staff didn’t know what they are doing. If the app doesn’t work here they need to let people know.

  They were out of fries and fish filet not coming back again terrible service and the price difference of the fish and the burger was a lot and they didnt refund it. Not coming back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  I have repeatedly experienced issues with undercooked food, but this instance was particularly egregious, as the item was completely raw. While addressing the issue in-store, I noticed several other customers facing similar problems. To reach its potential, this McDonald's location would benefit from new management to improve employee oversight and quality control.

  I came here last week after my sons high school sporting event to grab dinner for my family of 7. My order was over $55, per usual. They asked us to pull forward to the third window after we paid and went to pickup window. I paid at 7:40 at 8:10 i finally went in to see where our order was. According to staff they couldn't find it in the system. I went back and pulled my receipt and pointed to my van which had been sitting at third window the entire time. They then found my order on their screen and began apologizing and making my order. About 10 mins. Later they brought it to me at the cou ter and I said I wanted to check it before going back outside. We were missing fries in all 3 kids meals, 1 cheeseburger from a 2 cheeseburger meal, and an entire $5 meal deal meal. I informed them and waited for those items to be prepared and brought to me. Once I finally got back to the car I realized their were onions on the 2 cheeseburger meal amd they weren't supposed to be and we were missing a large fry still that I had not noticed in the frustration of the ordeal. So one member still only got half their food and one member didnt like their burgers because the grilled onion taste doesn't just wipe off. Next time we are in the area for an event, we will eat anywhere but this mcdonalds.
