  My family and I visited for the first time around 6pm. There was only one other family in there which should have probably been our first clue. The waiter was friendly and did a great job explaining how everything works, but didnt bring out our drinks until we were half way finished because he had to hunt down kid's cups. The pizza looked like it had been sitting out since noon and was dried out and hard as a rock, I didn't eat any, but my oldest tried to. My husband tried the Alfredo pasta, but it was cold. They appeared to be changing out toppings on the salad bar because most of them were missing, but other wise the salad bar was ok. we paid $48.06 to just eat side salads and a piece of cheesy bread. I took my youngest to the restroom and there were diapers in the trash that had to have been there a while because the smell was so bad we plugged our noses while doing our business. When we were paying, no one was at the register and an employee walking in for their shift cashed us out. I gave the woman $50.06 and she entered $40.06. When she tried to hand me $8.00 in change, I told her she made a mistake and the system was showing I still OWED $8. I then had to explain to her why the change should be $2. She was also very polite and friendly, this is clearly a training issue and not her fault. Overall, It was not a good first experience, and I don't see us going back when there are better options.

  I went there a couple weeks ago (kept forgetting to leave a review) with my family, it was a saturday night and they were pretty slammed, despite that though, pizzas were coming out very quickly (and being gone just as quick) but I witnessed the manager, and assistant manager working their butts off just as well as all the other employees (if not harder). It seems like something so little but most managers wouldn’t do that these days. The only thing I didn’t like was how quickly people would grab the slices, which would cause a longer wait which was no fault towards the employees! Overall was a great experience and would love to try them again hopefully during a less busy time!

  Everything was good. They made all the pizza fresh and what we wanted. Always had drink refills and service was great!

  Staff was friendly. You can request any type of pizza you'd like on the buffet. The salad bar has a lot of options to make salads with. Dining room is clean and bright.

  I have gone here multiple times since opening. Pricing is very reasonable and the food was good. Quality has gone down from original opening. They have a nice salad bar but limited in a few items. When first opened, they had a very good selection of pizzas at the buffet. As times have gone on, the selection has become more limited and few thin and crispy pizzas. They did offer soups with the salad bar. However, the last 3 times I have gone in they have not had soup available. Before this time I stopped in, they did not have soup. And they advised me they would have wednesday through sunday, this review is wednesday after I was told this.and when I went in, there were no soups. Also, they did have a very good blueberry dessert pizza in the beginning and i've been told that they will no longer have that available. On the plus side, the service seems to be good and also cleanliness is good.. If it was like it started out with a little more selection and having soups and the dessert Pizza I would be giving you the 5 star rating, unfortunately, it has been trending down and heading towards a one star rating. I am currently giving it a 2 star. Because it is clean and does have good service Along with being very reasonable in price. I hate to see the degradation because a nice restaurant with a buffet benefits the area. I will upgrade my review if things change and get better. Especially since the restaurant is clean, fairly priced and has good service..
