  Well as much as I like this restaurant and have always been very satisfied in the past. Recently something seems to have changed. We were in a couple of weeks ago. We ordered a single with no cheese and a small fry. Then we added a small drink. First they gave us a bag with only the sandwich. We asked about the fries and they said,” oh yeah”. They brought the bag with the fries and we stared at her like,@ we’re our drink”? She hesitated and then went back to get it. After we drive down the road I went for my sandwich and found it to be a small chicken sandwich. We were to far away to go back so I just ate it and said, oh well, we all make mistakes”. Then today, I stopped and ordered a large chili. Again, we drove out and as I reached in the bag I realized that the chili was only Luke warm. I’ll take it home and microwave it but absolutely shouldn’t have to. Like I said, I always try to go to Wendy’s instead of McDonalds across the street. And I’ve always been satisfied before but….. Has something changed? And I hope it’s not long term.

  The manager Cindy was extremely rude when I ordered and was talking down to literal children when they went up to ask for their food to be fixed. If you want your kids to be bullied by a grown woman go here

  This is probably by far the worst Wendy’s in town. They asked us to pull up, which was fine I guess (they do it every time), don’t tell us what we’re waiting on. So we spent 5 minutes at the curb before they tell us that it’s a 5 minute wait on cheese sauce for the bacon cheese fries (we were confused because it had already been 5 minutes). Then make us wait about another 5-10 minutes for cold food. We spent close to 10-15 minutes total in the drive thru. If I could give them zero stars I would.

  STOP FORGETTING THE CROUTONS WITH THE SALADS. You get it right maybe 1/5th of the time and that's a generous estimation. Not to mention the fact that they might not even have what you want which happens at least twice a month to me and they like to shoo you off to the end of the curb even with no other cars in the drive thru. And then when they finally come out like 10 minutes later, THEN they tell you they don't have chicken or sauce or lettuce or whatever. And it especially sucks because the other Wendy's on Chester Blvd. is no better.

  I'm always missing something out of my bag when I order to-go, delivery or it's always made wrong.
